Ambivalent Skincare was designed to match Morgan Schaapveld's approach as a licensed esthetician and consumer. She grew a passion for skin care because of her own sensitive skin struggles and entered the field ready to help those who experienced the same. Through her work she noticed a lack of representation for dry, sensitized, and acne prone skin that resulted in a pattern of overstripping and impairing the lipid barrier casuing the problems to worsen. When she transitioned her clients to the "Building Blocks" approach, they noticed transformative results and an overall improvement of skin health.
