For 24 hours after your brow lamination 

-Avoid sweat, steam, and water 

- Refrain from rubbing or pushing down on the hairs

-Do not wear makeup or use serums/oils on the treated area

-Sleep on your back to avoid smashing or bending your brows

After the first 24 hours, use a serum/oil nightly to maintain hydration. My personal favorite is castor oil. Results will last about 8-12 weeks, depending on how fast your hairs grow and how healthy they are.
